Quality control
The entire production process is constantly monitored on board the machine and in the metrology room by our two HEXAGON measuring machine, in particular HEXAGON OPTIV PERFORMACE (multisensor measuring machine) and HEXAGON GLOBAL LITE (coordinate measuring machine).
The instrumentation, used for on-board dimensional control, is periodically calibrated through the use of the Trimos Premium HPA 500 control bench and through SIT centres (accredited calibration laboratories)
Quality certifications
The quality of the processes complies with the latest standards laid down by UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 certification.
The company, which has been certified since 1999, undergoes quality controls annually to maintain the standards required and to offer customers reliable products whilst fully complying with the delivery times
